Building

STRONG FAMILIES

Families are meant to be fun and enhancers of growth. Indian Families got it right in some ways and wrong in some ways. We need to move from confining family structures to catalysing ones. We need to understand the four key elements that can turn around the dynamics amongst the members - partners, siblings, children, parents and in-laws. As we apply these four elements, the family eco-system starts gradually turning around.

Co-creating a Family that supports rather than suffocates each member's current calling in life.
